Aaron was a big help in purchasing our first home in Shaker Heights. He seemed very knowledgeable of the area and knew what to look for on old homes.

He showed professionalism and cleanliness, as it was muddy and raining outside, he made a conscious effort to not bring the outdoors inside. My wife and I met with him at the end of the home inspection, and he explained to us probable water issues the basement that come with owning a 100yr old house; his asessment of the basement helped greatly in price negotiations. I would recommend him to other potential home owners.
